Angela Harris

The Talk: “Setting Goals to Live YOUR Best Life”

Angela Harris is the founder of Work of Heart, a business created to empower and inspire people to be their best, to do their best and to live their best life.

Angela helps heart centred people and businesses grow through events, consulting, and coaching. Angela started her career as an Athletic Trainer in the Canadian Football League, because of her passion for sports and her dedication to helping people (and partly because so many people told her she couldn’t as a female.)

After 17 years working in the corporate world in Sales and Marketing, and Economic Development, Angela became a full time entrepreneur in April 2018. A rugby coach turned self-confidence promoter, Angela is notorious for her “lack of filter” and for always having a story. Her mission in life is simply to make a difference … every day. Angela has an obsession with to do lists and is a recovering perfectionist who always has more ideas than time.

As a fierce advocate for mental health, Angela shares her own mental health stories and takes pride in being able to use humour in hopes of helping others feel more “normal”. When she isn’t helping others, you can find Angela taking time for herself, working on her business or running the roads with her busy young sports family.

Why is this quote a fav? This quote honestly speaks to me on so many levels. It has been a favourite of mine for many years and one that keeps coming back through every phase of my life.
