I have been in the fitness industry for over 7 years. I hold many certifications from Personal Trainer to Group fitness Instructor to Children fitness coach and more. I am most proud of the Precision Nutrition level 1 and 2 as this is the sports and exercise nutrition and psychology component that is so important for client success.
